Terms of Service
Last updated: June 2026
Welcome to chelseaneely.com (the “Site”), operated by Chelsea Neely (“I,” “me,” or “my”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.
Use of This Website
You may use the Site for lawful, personal, and informational purposes. You agree not to misuse the Site — for example, by attempting to disrupt it, gain unauthorized access, scrape it at scale, or use it in any way that violates applicable law.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise noted, all content on the Site — including text, design, graphics, layout, and branding — is owned by me or used with permission, and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse it without my prior written consent.
Portfolio and Client Work
Project examples shown on the Site represent work created for clients and are displayed to showcase my services. Client names, logos, and materials remain the property of their respective owners and are used for portfolio purposes.
Booking and Contact
When you submit the contact form or book a call, you agree to provide accurate information and not to use these tools to send spam, solicitations, or unlawful content. Submitting an inquiry does not create a client relationship — any engagement is governed by a separate written agreement.
Third-Party Links and Services
The Site links to and embeds third-party services (such as Calendly and external project sites). I’m not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties, and your use of them is at your own risk.
Professional Services
The Site is for general information and marketing. It does not constitute a binding offer of services. The scope, pricing, and terms of any project I take on are set out in a separate proposal or agreement that governs that work.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. I do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Site.
Changes to These Terms
I may update these Terms from time to time. When I do, I’ll revise the “last updated” date above. Continuing to use the Site means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
